Care instructions

Despite what a seller may say, no piece of jewelry is absolutely tarnish resistant! 

Our jewelry is only tarnish resistant if you keep it dry and clean. Please follow these steps:

- Take jewelry off when washing your hands or bathing
- Remove all jewelry before exercising
- Do not wear jewelry into pools or saunas
- Remove jewelry before long periods in the sun or exposure to heat 
- Remove jewelry before going to sleep
- Keep jewelry stored in an airtight container or jewelry box when not being worn
- Clean jewelry with a microfiber cloth often (or a dry cloth)

Our jewelry is mostly plated, which keeps the cost down for you! We do have some sterling silver, rose gold, and gold pieces in our shop.

Shipping Times

We ship through USPS. There are no guarantees for delivery time (except for express mail). First-class mail should arrive in 2-7 days, once shipped. Priority mail will arrive in 1-3 days after shipping. We try to ship out your order the day it is ordered, or a day or so afterwards! Please be aware that the Post Office is closed on Sundays, and typically processes orders on Saturdays a bit slower than weekdays.

What if I ship to the wrong address?!

Please make sure your order is shipped to the correct, current address. If shipped to the wrong address, the buyer responsible for retrieving the item or placing another order. We are a small business that cannot cover such costs. If the item is 'returned to sender' you will receive a full refund.

What if I'm ordering multiple items?

If you are ordering multiple items (especially from the same listing), it is easiest to add one type (i.e. 'bridesmaids') to your cart first. Then, go back to the original listing and add the other items (i.e. 'maid of honor'). We want to save you from placing multiple orders and shipping costs! If you are confused or need some help, simply send us a message and we can help you out.
